Shipping

We send shipments all over the world.
In Spain (Peninsula only) the cost for an order over 24.95€ is 0€ (free shiping). For orders under 24.95€ the cost is 5.99€ for shipping.
In Balearic Islands the cost for an order over 24.95€ is 0€ (free shiping). For orders under 24.95€ the cost is 7.99€ for shipping.
In Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla the cost is fixing, and it is 20€.

All orders are processed upon receipt.
Please allow 3 – 4 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non – business days.
Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

Refunds

We accept returns up to 20 days after the date of purchase. The cost of shipping on return items is at purchasers expense. Refunds are issued within 2-7 business days after receipt of the return package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to inspect all returns for authenticity, quality, integrity, etc. as seen fit to meet our standards, if any question arises about returned product refund will be accepted and/or denied by and exclusively by Editorial La Mar Salada SL.
